A distinguished 1987-batch IPS officer and former senior police leader, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Mishra brings nearly four decades of experience in strategic governance, policing, cybersecurity, financial crime investigation, technology, and public policy. Former DGP & Principal Adviser, State Planning Commission, Madhya Pradesh, and Deputy Director, CBI Headquarters, he pioneered the Dial-100 Emergency Response System and led transformative initiatives in cyber policing and institutional development.

Dr. B. Omkar Lakshmi Jagan

An accomplished researcher and R&D engineer leading Quantum World Ventures' work in Image Processing, Quantum Imaging, and AI-Enabled Computing. Dr. Omkar holds a Ph.D. in Statistical Signal & Image Processing and is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Quantum Natural Language Processing at SR University, bringing over nine years of combined research and teaching experience, 48+ international publications, 6 granted or published patents, and one international copyright.

A recognised reviewer for 13+ international journals and Board of Studies Member at Vignan's Institute of Information Technology, he mentors QWV's student researcher network and leads applied research bridging quantum computing, AI, machine learning, and image processing into real-world, deployable systems.

As Research Fellow and AI Learning & Development Associate, Dhyan A carries Quantum World Ventures' AI, Quantum Computing, and Change Management L&D programmes into educational institutions across India. A trainer and Business Development associate at heart, he leads institutional outreach, presentations, and end-to-end programme partnerships — with research focused on institutional reach, impact, and development.

Fabian Emanuel Bredt serves as Research Fellow at Quantum World Ventures, exploring emerging technologies and applying his skills to EdTech and Impact-related projects.
