About Quantum World Ventures

Founded and led by Santosh Talaghatti — an integrated research, translational, and learning ecosystem transforming frontier quantum science into scalable, globally competitive MedTech and deep-tech solutions.

Researchers at work inside a Quantum World Ventures lab — the people who set direction here, not just execute it
// Who Builds This

Built for Researchers. Led By Them.

Most organisations hand strategy down from the top and ask students and researchers to execute it. Quantum World Ventures runs the other way: the two engines that carry our mission to national scale — the Fellowship Program's leadership pathway and the Research & Innovation Team — are directed by the same students, faculty and researchers doing the work, not by a layer of management sitting above them.

That is the real selling point behind our student, researcher, and employee potential: three separate doors into QWV, all of them leading to genuine ownership rather than a seat at the back of the room.

Student Potential

A 6-month, AICTE approved Internship Program open to UG, PG and PhD students worldwide, feeding into the Fellowship Program's 8-tier leadership pathway — Campus Ambassador, Student Fellow, Fellow of Fellows, all the way to National Fellowship Director. Students who rise through it don't just attend the mission, they run pieces of it — recruiting, mentoring, and setting direction for Fellows across their own campus, region, or state.

Researcher Potential

Our Research Network is building toward a global community of 10,000 Researchers across 7 prime quantum-computing domains and an 18-university cluster network. Research direction itself is set by our Research & Innovation Team — an independent body of researchers and academicians, not a management layer — who define the questions worth asking and review the work that answers them.

Employee Potential

Our mission is 1,000 people building this together, across four tracks — Mentors, Scientists & Engineers, Researchers & Fellows, and Interns & Incubatees — with equity partnership open to senior and leadership roles. It's a career track built to let the people doing the work keep a real stake in where it goes.

Where India Meets the Quantum Frontier of Healthcare

Quantum World Ventures (QWV) is built on a simple discipline: take quantum research from discovery to delivery. Founded on the belief that India must build sovereign capabilities in the technologies that will define the future of medicine and enterprise, QWV integrates quantum science, artificial intelligence, and advanced infrastructure into a single ecosystem — carrying prototypes from the lab bench through to deployable products, in pursuit of the possibilities Quantum unlocks for Healthcare and Human Care.

Our flagship research initiative, Quantum MedTech Lab (mQ), carries every prototype through rigorous testing, clinical-grade validation, and manufacturing-readiness — a quiet, disciplined pipeline where quantum science steadily becomes certified clinical product, one discovery at a time.

Quantum World Ventures is building a globally connected ecosystem that transforms frontier science into scalable healthcare and deep-tech solutions — for India, and for the world.

Quantum research — the atom at the centre of everything we build
// Our Model

One Institute. Three Quantum Change Labs.

Quantum World Ventures runs a single model — the Quantum Change Lab — replicated across the sectors where quantum computing, AI, and governance-level digitalisation can make the most difference: Quantum MedTech for precision healthcare, Quantum EdTech for higher education and learning innovation, and Quantum Secure / CyberTech — delivered today through our Quantum Police Lab — for quantum-safe public safety and governance. Each Lab is sector-specific in its programmes, but shares the same QWV research, IP, and incubation backbone.

Why Quantum Research Needs Academia at the Table

Quantum research doesn't move forward in an industry lab alone — it moves forward where deep academic research meets applied, deployment-focused industry capability. That's why Quantum World Ventures works directly with reputed government universities across India, one of them being Bengaluru City University: a research institute's rigor sharpens what we build, and our industry experience helps that research reach the people it's meant for.
