This Refund Policy explains how Quantum World Ventures Private Limited handles payments, registrations and cancellations across our paid offerings on quantumworld.in.

Courses & Workshops

Registering for a course or workshop through this Site confirms your interest in a seat only — payment is not collected directly on the Site. Our team communicates payment instructions to you separately after registration, and your seat is confirmed once payment is received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of registration:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before a cohort's start date are eligible for a full refund, less any payment-processing charges already incurred;
• Cancellations made within 14 days of a cohort's start date, or after course materials or lab access have been provided, may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion;
• Early-bird pricing, where offered, is non-transferable between cohorts;
• If a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Consulting, Incubation & Enterprise Engagements

Technology Consulting engagements, Incubation Program participation, and other bespoke enterprise or institutional arrangements are governed by the specific terms set out in the signed proposal, statement of work or agreement for that engagement, rather than by this general policy. Please refer to your specific agreement, or contact us directly, for the applicable terms.

Careers, Fellowship and Investor Enquiries

Our Careers, Fellowship Program and Investor / partnership enquiries do not involve any payment from applicants — there is nothing to refund. If you are ever asked to pay a fee to apply for or secure a position, fellowship, or partnership with us, please treat this as suspicious and contact us immediately, as it does not reflect our practice.

How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you originally used to pay our team, within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of approval.
