The Research Network doesn't run on a single semester or a single funding cycle. Intake is rolling, our problem pipeline is always open, and a researcher can step in at whatever stage their question is ready — not wait for a fixed calendar date to make it official.

Identify the Problem Statement

Real problem statements come from the Citizen Empowerment Hub's fieldwork, our institutional partners like BCU and TIIEC, and industry consulting engagements — not invented in a vacuum.

Assemble the Team

Each Researcher or Adviser is paired with Fellows and Interns from our Fellowship and Internship Programs — the same faculty-first, cascade approach we use across our university partnerships.

Run Structured Research Sprints

Hypothesis, prototype, test, iterate — inside our Quantum Labs and Quantum EdTech Labs, not in isolation.

Magnify With Technology

AI-assisted analysis and quantum simulation let a small research team examine a problem at a scale manual work alone could never reach.

Deploy the Solution

Validated work moves to Nirmaan (our PMU) or the Incubation Centre for real institutional or startup deployment — the point was never just to publish.

// Why Santosh Talaghatti Started This

Years of Research, Spent on Problems That Mattered

Long before founding Quantum World Ventures, Santosh spent years working on real-world problems, not theoretical ones — building Global Classroom initiatives to connect learners and teachers across the world, working on Smart Villages to solve issues at the village level, and driving Digital India and Smart Cities programmes that used digitalisation to solve citizen-level issues directly.

That experience shaped a simple conviction: advanced technology only matters when it's made easy enough for real people to actually use. The Research Network exists to build that bridge at scale — helping a community think, dream, decide, and empower itself, rather than waiting to be handed a solution.
