Contributor to Digital India, Smart Cities, and Smart Villages — designing scalable, technology-enabled governance solutions with central and state governments, and personally training the teams who ran them.

As Founder & Principal Investigator of Quantum MedTech Lab, he leads end-to-end system architecture, TRL advancement, and multi-stakeholder execution — the exact real-world Project Management and Enterprise Architecture discipline he teaches in these programs.
