Every initiative on this site is carried by a named person — not an anonymous "team." This page is the single, complete record of who leads Quantum World Ventures, who advises it, who represents it globally, and who runs the research and programs behind it — together with the work each of them owns.
The two individuals carrying overall accountability for Quantum World Ventures — strategy, execution and governance.
A strategic Quantum AI leader, technology architect, and policy advisor with over 15 years driving large-scale digital transformation across India. Contributor to Digital India, Smart Cities, and Smart Villages — designing scalable, technology-enabled governance solutions with central and state governments. As Founder & Principal Investigator of Quantum MedTech Lab, he leads end-to-end system architecture, TRL advancement, and IP strategy across QEIS — Quantum-Enhanced Imaging & Sensing — the research line underpinning every Quantum Lab on this site.
A distinguished global technology leader and strategic business executive with international exposure across Malaysia, Australia, Ireland and other global markets — spanning Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, EdTech, Mortgage, Utilities and Hospitality. He has led global delivery and P&L operations, and established and scaled Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and Offshore Development Centres (ODCs).
At Quantum World Ventures, he brings strategic leadership and global industry perspective to strengthen technology capabilities, accelerate business transformation, build international partnerships, and advance the organisation's vision in Quantum Computing, Quantum AI, Quantum Communication and Quantum-enabled MedTech.
A senior adviser who brings decades of public-sector and enterprise governance experience directly into how Quantum World Ventures is run.
A distinguished 1987-batch IPS officer and former senior police leader, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Mishra brings nearly four decades of experience in strategic governance, policing, cybersecurity, financial crime investigation, technology, and public policy. Former DGP & Principal Adviser, State Planning Commission, Madhya Pradesh, and Deputy Director, CBI Headquarters, he pioneered the Dial-100 Emergency Response System and led transformative initiatives in cyber policing and institutional development.
The domain tags on each profile above aren't decoration — they're what that person is actually accountable for: Santosh on QEIS (Quantum-Enhanced Imaging & Sensing) and photonic networking, Dr. Mishra on strategic governance and cybersecurity, and so on. Beyond this core team, Quantum World Ventures also runs a 22+ researcher Research & Innovation Network — an independent body of researchers and academicians across quantum materials, communication, sensing, imaging and security.
If Quantum World Ventures' mission matches what you want to work on — as a researcher, mentor, fellow or incubatee — we'd rather you knew exactly who you'd be working with before you apply.
