India's deeptech and startup momentum has concentrated heavily in a handful of large cities. Tumkur — with a strong university base and a real, functioning incubation centre in TIIEC — is proof that a Centre of Excellence model doesn't need a metro address to work.

This is Quantum World Ventures' established QAI Centre of Excellence model — the same approach behind our Quantum EdTech Lab — but its architecture at Tumkur was co-designed with TIIEC's own team, not simply installed. TIIEC's operational knowledge of its students, faculty and regional startup landscape shaped how the Centre is structured; QWV contributed the quantum-and-AI curriculum, lab design, and research pipeline.
