A New Initiative, Built With Purpose

GCC — Quantum World is Quantum World Ventures' Global Capability Centre initiative, operated through our parent organisation, Change Management Enterprise (CME), and headquartered at the World Trade Center, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. It is a newly-launched, deep-tech R&D and capability-building initiative — not a conventional back-office GCC, but what we call a Capability Creation Centre: one that integrates Quantum Research, Artificial Intelligence, Learning & Development, and Digital & Human Transformation Consulting under a single roof.

We are actively working toward formal recognition as a Global Capability Centre under the Karnataka GCC Policy 2024–2029, and are building the partnerships, faculty and infrastructure this ambition requires — one institute, one cohort, one collaboration at a time.

// The Bigger Picture

The GCC Movement — Karnataka and Beyond

Global Capability Centres have become one of India's fastest-growing engines of global collaboration and workforce development. Karnataka moved first, launching India's first dedicated state GCC policy in 2024 — it now hosts several hundred GCCs and has set out an ambition to roughly double that count, targeting around 350,000 jobs by 2029, and has already extended the model beyond Bengaluru into Mysuru and Mangaluru.

Other states are moving fast too: Telangana has built a fast-track approval mechanism around its 380+ GCCs spanning BFSI, pharmaceuticals and AI; Tamil Nadu's 350+ GCCs are increasingly anchored around semiconductors and electric vehicles in Coimbatore and Hosur; and Kerala, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh are each building out their own frameworks to join this wave.

How GCC — Quantum World wants to contribute: we see this as a shared national opportunity, not a contest between states. Through our own global partnerships — in Germany and the wider European ecosystem, and through the institutional relationships our team carries — GCC — Quantum World wants to connect India's Quantum & AI talent, researchers and institutes directly into this movement, carrying our Learning & Development, Research & Development, and workforce-development capability into every state building its own GCC ecosystem, and using our international collaborations to connect that talent to the world.

Aligned With the Karnataka GCC Policy 2024–2029

The Karnataka GCC Policy 2024–2029 envisions a new generation of innovation-driven GCCs that move beyond conventional shared-services centres to become strategic centres of research, learning and human-capability development. GCC — Quantum World is built in that image — a Knowledge and Innovation GCC integrating Quantum Research, Artificial Intelligence, Learning & Development, and Digital & Human Transformation Consulting.

We are pursuing formal recognition under this policy, and welcome dialogue with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) and allied state bodies as this initiative takes shape.
