Standards Aren't Built From the Bottom Up
Every credential that came to mean something — Microsoft Certified Professional, Sun Certified Java Programmer — was built the same way: a rigorous standard, launched deliberately at a high bar, adopted first by the people who had the most to prove and the most to gain. The mass-market version came later, once the credential already meant something.
We're building the equivalent standard for Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technologies the same way — not as a grassroots skilling course, but as a professional-grade credential issued by the Quantum World Certification Board, chaired by Founder & Managing Director Santosh Talaghatti. That's why, in this founding phase, it is open only to University Professionals, Startup Founders & Leaders, Government System Leaders and Research-Oriented Scholars — the four groups who will carry this standard into their own institutions, companies and departments.
