Santosh Talaghatti founded Nirmaan out of a simple conviction: a mission spanning Research, Education, Innovation, Incubation and Consulting cannot run on individual initiative alone — it needs a professional Project Management Unit with the discipline to match its ambition. He sponsors the PMU's mandate, its chapter model, and its long-term vision of establishing Nirmaan chapters across India and, progressively, internationally.

Jay Dholakiya

Co-Founder, Skillverge · 30+ Years in Practice, Program & Product Management

With 30+ years spanning Practice Management, Program Management and Product Development in IT and Software, Jay has led large teams, projects and programmes across the enterprise landscape. He is Co-Founder of Skillverge, an EdTech and Project Management consulting venture advising startups and Tier 2/3 organisations on Talent Architecture and sustainable growth. He previously led a delivery practice using Scaled Agile across Java, Open Source, AWS and AR/VR, pioneered a Mobile Centre of Excellence, and authored an enterprise-wide Governance model. A long-time PMI volunteer, he served as Advisor to the Board and President of the PMI Pune Deccan India Chapter (2021–25). At Quantum World Ventures, Jay has been onboarded to set up and lead the functional Project Management Unit (PMU) — building out its governance, learning and startup-empowerment mandate alongside Santosh Talaghatti and the wider team.
