A 6-month, AICTE approved Internship Program open to UG, PG and PhD students worldwide — combining technology skilling in your own domain with soft skills, mentorship, project management and pitch-ready confidence, as part of Quantum World Ventures' Research Mission to enrol 10,000 students across the globe.
Empowering 10,000 Interns is part of Quantum World Ventures' wider Research Mission — a global student transformation programme that trains UG, PG and PhD students from every corner of the world in Quantum, AI and the professional skills that carry a good technologist into a great one.

A global pipeline of technology-ready talent — interns trained through a structured, mentor-led model built to scale to 10,000 students worldwide.

Six structured training modules — soft skills, domain technology, mentorship, project management, pitch skills and governance orientation — delivered over six months.

Real project exposure in each intern's own domain — from Quantum Computing to MedTech, EdTech and PoliceTech — with mentorship toward a genuine deliverable.
Most internships teach one skill in one domain. Ours is built differently — every intern moves through all six training modules regardless of their domain, so a Quantum Computing intern also leaves with pitch skills, project-management discipline and a mentor relationship, not just a certificate for their technical work.
This is not just an internship. It is a six-month invitation to change in yourself — to integrate management thinking, sharpen behavioural and communication skills, and build the technology integrity to lead project management, change management and AI-enabled transformation in whichever organisation, government body or institution you join next.
"We did not design this Internship Program to hand out certificates. We designed it to change people. A student who leaves us after six months should carry more than technical skill — they should carry the management thinking, the behavioural maturity and the technology integrity to lead project management, change management and AI-enabled transformation, wherever they go next." — Santosh Talaghatti, Founder & CEO, Quantum World Ventures
Not a Line on Your Resume. A Shift in Who You Are.
Open to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students from any recognised institution, in any country — across all technology and non-technology domains.
A fixed six-month journey through all six training modules, delivered online-first so it fits alongside an academic calendar anywhere in the world.
Part of a global Internship Program — enrolling students across the world toward our mission of empowering 10,000 Interns.
This program was not built for students who only want a certificate. It was built for students ready to be changed by it.
You want to go deeper than the classroom — into real Quantum, AI, MedTech, EdTech or PoliceTech work with real consequences.
You want more than a technical skill — you want project management and change management experience you can actually lead with.
You are in the final years of UG, PG or PhD study and want a differentiated, mentor-vouched profile before you enter the workforce.
You are drawn to governance, public systems and institution-building, not just private-sector roles, and want to learn how real change gets made.
Delivered across the six-month journey, alongside domain-specific project work.
Communication, teamwork, workplace etiquette and career-readiness skills that carry every intern beyond the internship itself.
Hands-on technical training in each intern's own area — Quantum Computing, AI, MedTech, EdTech or PoliceTech — building real, applicable capability.
A dedicated mentor for the full six months — guiding project direction, answering questions, and opening doors within the QWV network.
Planning, scoping and delivering a real project on a timeline — the discipline that turns good ideas into finished, deliverable work.
Structuring and delivering a confident pitch — every intern presents their project at the end of the programme, not just submits a report.
An orientation to institutional governance and capacity-building thinking — in the spirit of India's national capacity-building priorities — so interns understand how real institutions get built, not just how projects get finished.
A structured journey — not a loose checklist — so every intern always knows what stage they are at and what comes next.
Every intern is inducted into the program, matched with a personal mentor, and given a clear roadmap for the six months ahead.
Soft-skills and domain-technology foundations are built — the base every intern needs before real project work begins.
Each intern scopes a real, domain-specific project with their mentor, applying project-management discipline from day one.
The core build phase — hands-on technical and change-management work, with regular mentor checkpoints along the way.
A structured review of progress against the roadmap, with course-correction and refinement ahead of the final stretch.
Every intern presents their project, receives their AICTE approved Internship Certificate, and is inducted into the QWV alumni network.
Beyond the six modules, every intern becomes part of a growing global network of young technologists, researchers and future leaders.
