Ours is built differently — every intern moves through all six training modules regardless of their domain, so a Quantum Computing intern also leaves with pitch skills, project-management discipline and a mentor relationship, not just a certificate for their technical work.

Communication, teamwork, workplace etiquette and career-readiness skills that carry every intern beyond the internship itself.

Technology Skills in Your Domain

Hands-on technical training in each intern's own area — Quantum Computing, AI, MedTech, EdTech or PoliceTech — building real, applicable capability.

Mentor Support

A dedicated mentor for the full six months — guiding project direction, answering questions, and opening doors within the QWV network.

Project Management

Planning, scoping and delivering a real project on a timeline — the discipline that turns good ideas into finished, deliverable work.

MODULE 05

Pitch & Presentation Skills

Structuring and delivering a confident pitch — every intern presents their project at the end of the programme, not just submits a report.

MODULE 06

Governance & Capacity-Building Orientation

An orientation to institutional governance and capacity-building thinking — in the spirit of India's national capacity-building priorities — so interns understand how real institutions get built, not just how projects get finished.

Onboarding & Mentor Matching

Every intern is inducted into the program, matched with a personal mentor, and given a clear roadmap for the six months ahead.

Foundation & Domain Skilling

Soft-skills and domain-technology foundations are built — the base every intern needs before real project work begins.

MONTH 03

Project Kickoff

Each intern scopes a real, domain-specific project with their mentor, applying project-management discipline from day one.

MONTH 04

Build & Iterate

The core build phase — hands-on technical and change-management work, with regular mentor checkpoints along the way.

MONTH 05

Mid-Program Review & Refinement

A structured review of progress against the roadmap, with course-correction and refinement ahead of the final stretch.

MONTH 06

Final Pitch, Certification & Alumni Induction

Every intern presents their project, receives their AICTE approved Internship Certificate, and is inducted into the QWV alumni network.
