The terms governing every Research Internship at Quantum World Ventures Private Limited — kept short and specific to the internship, separate from our general site Terms and our Research Advisor Terms of Engagement.
These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to every student engaged as a Research Intern with Quantum World Ventures Private Limited ("Company") through the Global Internship Program. By accepting a Research Internship Offer, the Intern confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Work created during the internship using Company resources, confidential information or guidance belongs to Quantum World Ventures, subject to applicable law. Intellectual property the Intern independently created and owned before the internship remains theirs, provided it is clearly identified and does not incorporate the Company's confidential information.
No internship-related research, data, findings or code may be published, presented or submitted — including for journals, conferences, theses or academic submissions — without prior written Company approval. Any academic requirement involving internship work must be flagged to the Company in advance.
Interns are expected to maintain professional conduct, research integrity, and comply with Company policies, and must promptly disclose any conflict of interest. The Company may discontinue or terminate an internship for confidentiality breaches, misuse of resources, misconduct, plagiarism or non-compliance with these Terms.
On completion or termination of the internship, the Intern must immediately return all Company property, documents, devices and credentials, and stop using Company systems and information. Interns have no authority to represent, bind or commit the Company unless specifically authorised in writing. Accepting the Research Internship Offer confirms agreement to these Terms.
This page sets out the terms specific to the Internship Program. General use of this website is separately governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
