Our R&D Division researches quantum materials, communication, sensing, imaging and security. Quantum Labs is where that research is carried out of the lab and into the world — four dedicated labs, each taking one domain of quantum and AI research and building it into a working programme inside universities, hospitals, financial systems and public safety institutions. This is the grip that turns a research paper into a classroom, a clinic, a treasury system or a police force that runs on it.
Each Quantum Lab is anchored in the R&D Division's research and built to reach a specific part of the world — students and campuses, patients and clinicians, public financial systems, and the public-safety institutions that protect citizens. Together they are how a research finding actually reaches someone who needs it.

A Learning, Innovation & Incubation ecosystem set up inside universities and institutes — delivered with our associate L&D partner Change Management Enterprise — bringing Quantum Computing and AI education to every discipline, on campus, with a dedicated Centre of Excellence.

AI and quantum research for public safety, law enforcement networks and critical infrastructure — quantum-safe cryptography, AI-quantum threat detection and quantum sensing, connected directly to three deployed public-safety programmes below.
Explore Quantum SecureTech →Quantum SecureTech R&D isn't only a research area — it already runs three live public-safety programmes, each training officers and institutions to work with AI and quantum-era technology responsibly and well.
An institutional-development initiative for policing — project management, technology learning & adoption, mindfulness & vigilance training, and governance, consulting & government process reengineering.
View Programme →A dedicated Artificial Intelligence training initiative for law enforcement — predictive policing, AI-assisted investigation, ethical facial recognition and public-safety analytics, taught alongside responsible-adoption change management.
View Programme →The quantum-technology arm of our police programmes — bringing quantum-safe cryptography, quantum sensing and next-generation forensic and communication tools directly into policing practice.
View Programme →Every lab above draws on the same R&D Division research and answers to the same purpose — carrying quantum and AI capability, safely and honestly, into the institutions that need it. Researchers, advisers, learners and institutions from anywhere in the world are invited to be part of it.
